Summary:
As the Office Administrator, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Reporting to the Director of HR, you will provide administrative support, maintain office cleanliness, and assist in organizing company events.
Additionally, you will work closely with the customer service department during downtime to assist with inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management Greet visitors and employees with a friendly demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Office Maintenance Ensure office conference rooms, and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
Restock office supplies and kitchen amenities, including coffee/beverages.
Coordinate lunch orders and assist with setup/cleanup of meals.
Administrative Support Assist HR with ad hoc administrative projects.
Help organize and execute company employee engagement events/initiatives.
Customer Service Support During downtime, assist the Customer Service Department with chat/email/phone inquires (training provided).
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or office coordinator role preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
